Please check the following to identify the cause of the problem:
  • You can't upload files with filenames containing any special characters e.g. / \ & $ %
  • This feature is supported with Internet Explorer and Firefox at the moment. Using Google Chrome or other browsers could cause problems.
  • If the file size is larger than 25 MB you will get a warning message and the file will not be uploaded.
  • If you click on the "browse" button and nothing happens, you need to upgrade the Adobe Flash Player on your computer.

Please contact the helpdesk on #2000 if you need assistance for this.
  • If you want to upload the same file once again, the system will offer you to replace. But after this, if you try to open, the old file will appear.

The problem occurs only on your computer. The file is changed at the course so if anyone else tries to open it from a different computer he will receive the newest version.

Your problem is caused by the cache - the web infrastructure is doing what it is meant to do to reduce the loading time so it will open the previous version of the file from your computer not from the server.

Solution: The file will be refreshed for you eventually but you can use ctrl+F5 to force a refresh in your browser.
